Terms & Conditions
These are the temporary terms for the AudienceMeter Phase 1 web app. A finalized agreement will be published before commercial launch.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to register. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
02AI-verified content
AudienceMeter uses AI to verify reviews for authenticity, sentiment and policy compliance. Reviews flagged by AI may be held for human moderation or removed. You retain authorship of your reviews; AudienceMeter retains the right to display, aggregate and analyse them on the platform.
03Audience Points & Rewards
Audience Points are loyalty credits with no monetary value, non-transferable, and may be revoked for fraudulent behaviour. Reward catalogues, monthly Top 10 prizes and competitions (incl. Hollywood Trip) are subject to separate terms shared at the time of redemption.
04Producer & Media Owner submissions
Submitted titles are reviewed by AudienceMeter admins before going live. You confirm you have the rights to submit and promote each title. AudienceMeter may reject or remove content that violates copyright, decency or platform policy.
05Ticketing (Book My Seat)
Tickets purchased through Book My Seat are subject to the Event Manager's cancellation and refund policy. AudienceMeter facilitates the transaction and is not responsible for event delivery.
06Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform: email, name, role, ratings, reviews, points and bookings. We do not sell personal data. AI moderation runs on review text only — never on payment information.
07Account closure
You can request account deletion via the Support page. We will remove personal identifiers within 30 days; aggregated, anonymised review data may be retained as part of the RRR Box dataset.
08Changes
We may update these terms before commercial launch. Material changes will be communicated via the platform and email. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.
